“All items are shipped USPS First Class (Standard), including International and shipping costs are figured by the piece, not by weight, until further notice. Every order is shipped discretely with the return address of “Snow Inc” and Chino Valley, AZ.
When shipping overseas, the “Customs Form” will always state “Pattern Sample or Fabric Sample” and will state the value of $6.00 to save you money. I do not add packing slips in case the package is opened by Customs.
It may take from 4-6 weeks (most likely sooner) before I am able to complete and ship your order (as of 12/01/15) depending on how busy I am. If you read about me on the ‘About Hillcrest’ page, I am a one woman show… each order receives only my full attention.
