Turn-around:

Current lead time is 10 days when possible. This may change based on the amount of orders I have received.

Guarantee:

If items come apart at the seams only, you are able to return them to me laundered for repairs. This will not be cost effective for international orders. Send me a pic of the ‘error’ if you are an international customer and I may give you a partial refund. If the item is ‘torn’ anywhere other than the seams, you can return them (US only) for repair with money for shipping – one to two pieces are $5 just for shipping. One- year warranty on all items that come apart at the seams… if laundered by hand only. Return shipping must be paid by you.

Returns:

Sorry – NO REFUNDS! In accordance with Federal Health Regulation, all swimwear, underwear, and other garments classified as “intimate apparel” are non-returnable, nor can they be exchanged.”

If purchased items come apart at the ‘seams’ you are able to return them to me laundered for repairs. The only charge will be $5 for shipping. If outside the US, shipping must also be paid. If the item is torn other than the seams there will be a repair charge. You can always return items to me for repair up to one year after purchase.

Shipping:

All shipping is done through USPS First Class and Priority. Hillcrest is not responsible for any lost or missing packages overseas.

Shipping is within the next 10 business days when possible. Time starts when I receive your check… if that’s how you are paying.
